# Delete Your Account

You can delete your Goals account and all associated data at any time.

## How to Delete Your Account

1. Open the **Goals** app  
2. Go to **Settings**  
3. Tap **"Delete Account"**  
4. Confirm the deletion

## What Gets Deleted

When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed:

- Your account and profile information  
- All plans and tasks you created  
- AI conversation history  
- Subscription and purchase records  
- Any shared or collaborative plan data you own

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

## Alternative: Email Request

If you are unable to access the app, you can request account deletion by emailing us at [hello@principal.la](mailto:hello@principal.la) with the subject line **"Account Deletion Request"**. Please include the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within 30 days.
